Stay in the “ultimate” oceanfront crash pad and indulge in exclusive Swiss-formulated spa treatments that promise to take your skin to “heights few will have the privilege to experience.”
So goes a sliver of the wording for an amenity-loaded package offered at Eau Palm Beach Resort in Manalapan, Florida.
The cost of that indulgence: $20,000 per night, but with a two-night minimum, guests can plan on paying at least $40,000, based on double occupancy.
The package is designed to entice, the hotel says.
But 10% of the gilded package at Eau partially benefits Susan G. Komen for the Cure, whose mission is “to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.”
Eau’s Marketing Director Michele Phillips told the Daily News that the combination of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the launch of the Quintessence des Glaciers regimen in North America, made this the right time for the Quintessence Escape package.
La Quintessence des Glaciers, an exclusive skincare treatment by Switzerland-based beauty brand Valmont, specializes in “high-performance anti-aging treatments.”
“This was the perfect package to launch this month and to give back 10% of the room revenue, if booked, to Susan G. Komen,” Phillips said.
So, who’s the ideal candidate for Eau’s Quintessence Escape package?
A skincare connoisseur “prepared to over-indulge in self-care,” Phillips said.
The package is offered throughout October as long as it’s booked at least seven days in advance.
Upon arrival, Quintessence Escape guests are ushered into their new digs — the two-bedroom “ultimate haven” Commander-in-Chief suite.
With 2,600 square feet, two bedrooms and living and recreation areas, the suite opens onto a wrap-around oceanfront balcony.
The 28-day Quintessence regimen begins with daily treatments for two people in a private treatment villa at Eau’s 42,000-square-foot spa with its “water gardens.” Guests can continue the regimen on their own after leaving the resort.
Eau’s package also includes the use of a luxury vehicle for sight-seeing around town, plus a $500 food-and beverage credit to dine at the resort.
A private beachfront cabana, Champagne, private sunset and sunrise yoga classes, and use of Eau’s club-level facilities also are included. The club level offers a private concierge, lounge and haute fare throughout the day.
What does $20,000 spa package include?
Guests who purchase this luxury package get access to a “commander-in-chief suite,” L’elixir des Glaciers treatments, an exclusive La Quintessence des Glaciers 28-day treatment, $500 food and beverage credit at the resort, club access, private cabana, yoga class, a bottle of champagne and use of a luxury vehicle during their stay.
Online, L’Elixir des Glaciers bills itself as an “absolute youth ritual.”
