‘The estate is spectacular: thanks to its unique atmosphere, the property was the ideal backdrop for the music video,’ says David O’Malley, Real Estate Agent at Engel & Völkers Montréal. The current owner is entrepreneur Benoit Dumont, a representative for the listing agency has told People.com.
The ballroom in the main house served as the set for the Easy On Me video, and now the room boasts a huge portrait of Adele in tribute to the shoot.
The sprawling estate is located in the town of Sutton in the Canadian province of Québec, around 90 minutes’ drive from Montréal.
It features an ensemble of six buildings, including a residence built in 1846, a separate guesthouse, and a main manor house with a small tower, and has ten bedrooms and 14 bathrooms in total.

She used the social media post to pay tribute to the music video’s director, her long-time collaborator Xavier Dolan.
Xavier and Adele reunited for the Easy On Me video, five years after collaborating on the singer’s 2015 video Hello. Adele captioned the snaps: ‘My big, always and forever love, my creative soul mate @xavierdolan ♥️.’
Speaking as the video, which has been streamed on YouTube over 62.4million times, and single were released on Friday, Xavier told Just Jared that he had always been ‘hoping’ to reunite with the superstar.
